Bagels at home?

I missed this thread the first time around, but I’ve made bagels from the Peter Reinhart recipe several times, and they always turn out great. Well worth the effort IMHO.

Very nice. I just picked up some high gluten flour and will try that in place of the King Arthur bread flour I’ve been using. Not sure how much difference that will make, but several recipes say it’s noticeable.
