Really? i know quite a few non-chinese folks that love chicken feet… it’s just another body part… how is it worse than say the wing, or thigh, or the heart, the head, etc?

I’m not Chinese and chicken feet are one of my favorites at our usual dim sum place. On the other hand I find the cold duck feet at Peking Duck House inedible.
