It’s a pretty cool property. You could spend some money renovating the house, and have a feature that - literally - no one else around has. Neat!
To follow up on this house, it went pending right away, and recently closed at a $600K price.

you all have to get out of Cali. once in awhile. There are lots of interesting places to live out there where the costs of existence are not so high. We here in other parts of the world have something called “weather”. It’s where the temperature changes with something called “seasons”. Although with the way things are going around the great lakes we seem to be evolving quickly to brief winter, wet spring, longer and hotter and drier summers, with lingering fall. Yes you may have to be more creative as a cook and occasionally make more trips for extreme fine dining, but look at all the money you’ll save!
