I misread the title as WEST virginia wines. Out of the 1/2 dozen VA wineries tried, I haven’t yet been impressed, but Horton has a very good viognier.
I’ve been to Barboursville and Norton but also want to suggest Wineworks with Michael Shaps’ wines near Charlottesville. I was especially impressed with his Chardonnay at a wine dinner featuring his wines. (He also makes wines in Burgundy.) http://www.michaelshapswines.com/contact.html
