The one that Kevin posted above works great. You can find them with several different themes on them. We use them on whites and in the summer if Reds get a bit warm we’ll put the bottle in the vacuvin wrap for a couple minutes to chill down
I’ve also used them on my wrist and forearm for my carpel tunnel.
