Bottles vs cans

Cans for everything but aging beers. Can’t imagine some of the true wild yeast beers (i.e. Seizoen Bretta) in a can- Too much secondary and likely an eventual explosion.

Though I do like Bombers for one-off opportunities to try new beers.

The industry move to bottles for craft/micro beers served a very important purpose in terms of signaling to consumers the difference between swill like 'Merica and the new wave of high quality beers, but not that that shift has happened, time to go back to cans.

Cans are to beer as screw caps are to wine…arguably better but somehow seeming less “correct”.
