Charbono and age?

I had a magnum of 1985 Inglenook charbono a year ago and it was one of the better wines of the year. At a great age and with a lot of complexity and evolution (I assume, anyway, I never had one of those younger). Very classical and old school.

But other producers, regions, newer styles, I have no idea.

I’ve got a 68 in the cellar, so I hope the age well!

In all seriousness, I’ve heard great things about the old Inglenook Charbonos and am excited to open mine. Will be sure to report back.
