Chicago - one night only. ISO wine.

Also going to be in Chicago for a night. Just booked Sepia. Thanks for the rec!

If you are looking for a relaxed dinner then these two are great options.

Table Donkey and Stick is probably my favorite restaurant to have a great meal and drink amazing wine. The atmosphere is incredibly casual and relaxed. They have an extensive cellar that goes well beyond what shows up on the list.

For natural wines, Red and White Wines is great for a bottle of wine and some oysters / tinned fish. Everyone that works here is incredibly knowledgeable and very cool.

Cellar Door Provisions is also very cool and has a very fun wine list. Diversey Wines is next door and worth checking out.

The Hogsalt group restaurants also have a great wine list.

Matt,
I just booked a reservation a week from Friday at Brindille. It looks wonderful.

Carrie N. is an amazing chef and NaHa was always one of my favorite restaurants. Brindille has been very hit or miss for me.

Travis,

I’d be very interested in hearing your review. In these times resto performance can be variable.

I miss NaHa so much.

Went to Sepia this past weekend and it was as good as ever!
