I was honestly very impressed with the rose, though the consensus (and my choice) was the 12 g/l dosage…but it was delicious

Interesting. I watched the trial last Saturday (don’t remember if 12g/l was the consensus on that call) but I vastly preferred either 3 or 6, as did the other person I was with. 6 seems like the best of both extremes, so I’m looking forward to going through a full bottle to see how it is!
