I was there for the Eagles/Saints game with a bunch of friends last Fall. We drank the Patty Green Estate Pinot and the Ramey Syrah. The PG was definitely the better bottle, but we all enjoyed both with the food.

Turley, Cinsault Bechthold Vnyd. - $60.
Overpriced but not stupidly so, reliable regardless of vintage (in case the list is inaccurate) and pairs with your proposed choices for food (it’s a lighter red). And damn good wine.
If white is your choice, Pieropan, Soave Calvarino - $65.
Overpriced but not stupidly so, reliable regardless of vintage and should pair well. Single vineyard done in stainless and, with air, can be magnificent - decant.

I have bought that for as little as $18. $65 is almost 4 times that price. This is outright gauging.

$18 is significantly less than Massachusetts wholesale. I am sure it was not a regular price on that wine, but rather some sort of closeout or inventory reduction situation. Retail price here at a standard markup would be $33-$35. $65 on a list seems fine to me.
