Same thing happened to me, I gave up.
I agree - at $10, I’ve tried other bottles that otherwise would have been ignored. Free is great, but $10 shipping when not hitting the purchase minimum is still fantastic.
I am having the same credit card issue others mentioned.
Our IT department drank to much at lunch and passed out. This will be fixed shortly.

It has me in a perpetual loop in requesting updated payment method as it’s been awhile since I ordered from you.
I get this message: “✓ E00039: A duplicate customer payment profile already exists.” and yet my account has no payment methods even though I’ve tried adding two different cards multiple times

Thanks, the internet lied. I have a Zin allergy so I have to be careful. Can we add a bottle of multiple bottles from the thread as they go and get free shipping once we hit 3, or do you have to buy 3 bottles of a single wine? Sorry, new to Last Bottle.
