I’m interested in some of the older white Burgs. How do you handle it if any of those is premoxed? Is it buyer takes the risk, or do you stand behind them? If the latter, how does one offer evidence of it?

I haven’t seen a single retailer that does that for a bottle older than a year or two.

In regards to “proving” it it’s tough. Especially since it’s near impossible to return one unless your local and you can do so immediately. Even if the bottle was actually sound day 1 and the buyer was wrong, by day 2 or 3 it’ll actually be oxidized.
