Florence hotel help.

I’ll chime in with a very good wine bar, for many eclectic btg wines and plenty of good salumi and cheese choices, less than 5 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio at the Oltrarno side.

Le Volpi e L’Uva is a quiet, calm oasis that is just a few minutes walk away from all the maddening and crazy crowd.

Stayed at the St. Regis last Thanksgiving and loved it. I debated between the Westin and the St. Regis. The St. Regis was worth it - particularly for one of the suites.

Another vote for the wine bar Enoteca Pitti e Gola across from the Pitti Palace. We didn’t eat a full meal there - but popped in for a wine flight and some antipasto before dinner. Really interesting wines to taste, some with some age. Highly recommend.

Yes, this place is a gem. We go there every time we are in Florence.

We stayed at the Palazzo Magnani Feroni in 2014 and loved it. Huge, high-ceiling rooms, a great roof-top bar and nice location. We had 2 wonderful dinners at La Giostra and Cibreo.
