The problem with the solution that you describe is that the price limit from the expanded search still applies to the local alert. So if someone in Europe is selling the bottle at a low price, I cannot set my US alert any higher and will only get alerted if someone in the US beats the European price. For European wines, this is often unlikely/impossible, making the alert useless.

OK, I see the problem. It’s only going to take one merchant somewhere offshore who is price dumping, to mess with your notifications. Hmmmm.

I get these screens over and over and over…it is so irritating. Requires me to do a ReCAPTCHA every time. I guess I type too fast??? Not a very intelligent enhancement. Yes, I have disabled my ad blockers for the site.
