How do folks approach drinking windows for Greer?
I’ve just started popping the 11s and 12s. Tasting real good. With an hour or two of decant.
I have had pretty good luck drinking them young, as long as they get a good (6 hr+) decant. (They do age well too.) I did a vertical last year with Rob and Roy Piper, and everyone agreed that the 2015 was enjoyable at the moment but also the most age-worthy. The 2014 was absolutely singing at 4 years in.
