10 Barthod Bourgogne has been great all along.
I stopped buying Burgs after 2005 but came out of the closet for 2010 after tasting a few, and ended up with well over 100 bottles in 27 different wines. This puts me in the mood to organize some sort of cross-section tasting once the vaccine kicks in. But it somehow seems a little early for that, I’ve always thought 15 years was a better starting point, even if some might be showing ok now.

it surprises me to learn that CHEVILLON’S village was closed. I had the LES CAILLES last Tuesday and it was absolutely sublime.
