My warehouseman is here now implementing all of these points.
I was unaware (I was not present when the unit was assembled)
that on the bottom where we stacked all of these Kapcsandy half bottles,
one of top of the others, without any shelf, that blocked air flow, drainage,
and led to the problem… Looking back I can see that is what led to the problem.
Now I do not know what to do with the half bottles.
I cannot bring to my warehouse.
This very large bottom section does not take a shelf, so in the end my actual
total bottle capacity is so limited.

William - I would only add that you might talk to someone in the better wine stores(like Tamura’s) that deals with the higher end customers that store wine in units like the Eurocave. The other suggestion is to send Chuck Furuya a message to see if he has any knowledge or knows someone who has dealt with the same problem.
