How do you make your spaghetti with meatball sauce?

Swirling a big meatball in a wine glass might break its stem…especially if it was made with ketchup.

They make wineglasses from ketchup. Talk about technological breakthroughs… :slight_smile:

What stemware do you recommend for tomato sauce? May I use it for tomato paste too, or even meatballs (without ketchup or paste, presumably)?

I have a wineglass made out of cappellini that I find is perfect with tomato sauce. Unfortunately when I add tomato paste it rebels, closes in on itself, and won’t let go until I place a bowl of ketchup across the room to entice it.
