We went in August and basically needed heavy winter coats… it’s no joke especially once the wine picks up…
Most restaurants allow corkage… we brought a winecheck
the Ramen place in Reyj is quite good
the Thai place in Vik is tasty curry
Has anyone ever been to OX in Reykjavik? We had reservations there for last year but unfortunately had to cancel our trip. Basically a fixed dinner for 12 people per night.

Back from a week in Iceland. Every restaurant accomodated wine corkage; wine prices off the list were borderline absurd. Really enjoyed the food nearly everywhere we went… so much $$$ but it was all very good! If I went back to Iceland, I would definitely bring wines with me again.
