we dined at benu in oct of 2019…right before the pandemic and it was one of the most memorable meal i had in a long time. took '59 lynch bages and '95 krug and wine service was excellent! yoon ha the somm at benu is a great guy!

Enjoyed a fantastic meal last night at Spruce. Excellent service, tasty dishes artistically presented and a world class wine list to peruse while enjoying the entire dinner.
After siping a 375 ml NV Krug Grande Cuvee 164 eme in the hotel room, I took my own wine, a 98` Drouhin-Larose Chambertin Cos de Bez and shared it with 2 quite knowledgable somms, one of whom frequented the table throughout the evening.
This is a winner and I shall return. It’s especially good to know it is open when most others are not= Sunday and Monday.
