Our 3 pack of Berserker Grand Cru arrived at our offsite storage facility Tuesday and I was able to get the box today. There was a personalized hand written note in the box from Nicholas and Colleen. What a special touch to do that. Such personal service is almost unheard of these days, and as a result of that alone, I’m going to be a customer for a very long time. Thank you Nicholas and Colleen.
