But seriously, either make a BBQ sandwich yourself from scratch, or pick up some cooked protein from your grocery store, add good BBQ sauce, and put it in your favorite sliced bun. I can guarantee you it will be vastly better (and more nutritious) than the crap that is a McD’s “McRib.”

Agreed. I don’t like McDonalds generally but Im a sucker for things with BBQ sauce on them so I thought “how bad could it be”. Turns out pretty bad.

But it’s pork at least. I was mildly surprised even to see that. It’s pork in the way that a mcnugget is chicken, but it’s pork.
I’ve personally sworn off nuggets for myself and anyone I care about since seeing that supposed pic of processed chicken that went around a few weeks ago.
So, this is going in the same bin.
