Tried the Oaxaca today: Deep aromas of prune that lead to nutmeg and hazelnut skin on the finish. Good acidity, slightly bitter.
Enjoyed the three that I have tried…the Columbian was my favorite. We have not tried the Ethiopian yet…probably tomorrow.

I’m now drinking twice as much coffee as before and ended up buying a new Technivorm because the old one (had for 10 years) finally crapped out.
Thank god there are only 8 bags, as I’m starting to crash by 3:00 PM now
