I have most of the Misen knives, nice performance for the coin. Agreed on the serrated, probably the best bread knife I’ve ever owned.
I have chef and santoku. Very sharp, relatively light and nimble. I wouldn’t want them as my core knives (they aren’t as sturdy as others) but I find them reaching for them often.
