To be fair, I just reviewed your emails and the word divorce was mentioned, but never “nasty divorce case where the husband tied up all the cash and left town, leaving my client with few assets and needing to sell the wine collection fairly quickly in order to feed herself and her child plus pay her attorney.” My guess is you probably left that out those details to try and strengthen your client’s position. But, it is not fair to use those details against me now.
As for WineBid, they charge seventeen percent.
That is leaving a huge sum of money on the table in a very competitive auction environment.
