Marc Hebrart and Gimonnet’s rosé Champagnes are both quite affordable and of high quality. Food friendly, too.
This is one of my favorites in the $40-$50 range. I haven’t tried it yet, but I have some Paul Dethune Brut Rose on order that has been recommended by some others in that range as well.
