My shipment arrived Friday. I’m usually a team player, but I will not Pobega any of these wines for a minimum of 2 - 3 years, except for the McGah Sauv Blanc.
I think that is a good plan, unless you want to pop one with an extended decant. I’ve had a 2018 Myriad Round Pond, and Georges III, and they needed a lot of air before showing their best–in this early going. Much more reticent and coiled than 2016s, but excited to see how they evolve.
Maybe the Quivet NV will prove to be an early drinker?
