Happy to report Garrick Whittaker of GRW is now a neighbor and a great guy. One of my good wine friends (also a neighbor) lives a few houses away. Crush has these special custom made grey foam inserts for their boxes; it seems nearly impossible a bottle would break. It sounds like grw does a good job as well.
I once kept 3 cold btls in one of those for a 3 day vegas trip. Stayed cool to the touch at the end of the trip. Wonder how much they pay for those boxes
