Charlie, can you describe how the Oscietra Hybrid compares in flavor to the other caviars you offer (and to the traditional Russian trio if you can)? To give a little context for my preferences, after tasting through the three that you offered on BD, I had a strong preference for the Schrenkii followed by the Kaluga. Of the traditional big three Russian varieties, I’ve always had a strong preference for osetra over beluga with sevruga as my least favorite. Thanks.

Schrenkii tends to be everyone’s favorite.
I find the Osetra hybrid to actually be closest to the Baerii than kaluga and Schrenkii, especially texture wise. Flavor wise it it isn’t as complex as the Kaluga/Schrenkii.
I feel the Baerii influence is stronger than the Osetra influence in the hybrid.
