That’s due to MD law. Only wineries with DTC permits can legally ship to MD.

Its just that age old question as to why some ship to MD and some don’t. Something I should understand more TBH.
No local delivery to VA either. I did order my 2019 futures through them though.
Any retailers shipping to Maryland are doing it under the radar. MacArthurs won’t even ship to Virginia even though they can legally do so. I assume some type of license is required.
