TN: 2006 Alain Hudelot-Noellat Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Suchots

FWIW, I get what David is describing re 2006s. It’s helped me correctly identify the vintage blind on many occasions (ok, not really, maybe 2/10 )

I still have a few Beauxmonts and Suchots from 2006 sleeping. Thanks for this note. BTW, anyone with the Richebourg 2006 would be rewarded. It is delicious but takes a little time to unwind.

No Richebourg, but one lonely bottle of RSV that is waiting for the right moment.

I bought a case (12 at the time) of this wine after tasting it en primeur at Bibendum (this was so cheap as the time…) and I have loved every I have opened… Still many to go… but I would not call it stern… rather delicious…
(and HN is not even one of my favorite producers… although nicely dependable…)
