Agreed. Heat damage is stewed notes, grapefruit is something I have never had in a Rayas wine, and a likely fermentation by product, so I’ll be on lookout…odd that it would be bottle by bottle mentioned by others unless he blends the end lots and bottles in waves and some barrels have the citrus element.
