My drink window on this wine is “starting in 2024”. I’m hoping age brings some additional complexity, and it wouldn’t be bad to see some more fruit flavors push past all the savory, too. I’m confident this wine will, at a bare minimum, hold just fine in the cellar over the medium term, if not actually improve.
