** beer producer

I wish this could be in my top 10, but it’s too hard to find around here anymore. On the other hand, if beer producers count then Duchesse de Bourgogne easily would be in my Top 10.

  1. Dauvissat - but this will change as I’m “off the list” so to speak with the price hikes
  2. Mugnier - also “off this list” too, even though, I adore the wines
  3. D Angerville - still buying
  4. Charvin - buying for now
  5. Rousseau - “off the list” too but, my all time fav producer!
  6. Bouchard - mostly white Burgs
  7. Chevillon - buying on a modest upswing
  8. Haut Bailly - not buying anymore, too expensive
  9. Roumier - not buying more, too expensive
  10. Le Cadeau Vineyard

Dauvissat is my largest holding with 66 btls. My list should change a lot in the next 3-5yrs as I start to drink down and reallocate to producers I can still afford. I have 258 produers in my cellar. Hopefully a Barbaresco producer will slip into my top 10 soon.

Rivers-Marie 3.3%

Wish I had bought more Giacosa in the past. I’d love for it to be in my top 10 too. I noticed you have Soldera and Salvioni. Do you own much Biondi Santi? Great list!

Buzz, that leflaive is looking a little lonely on your top list.
