So, traveling on a ship to Bordeaux in 2023 but planning on going to St. Emilion rather than the rest of Bordeaux. What I don’t see posted are recs for St. Emilion tasting. I know that Bordeaux can be difficult to do many tastings but is St. Emilion the same? Any advice would be appreciated.
