What to do with leftover pork broth?

Perhaps they kept the crock pot in a small depression in the ground? [snort.gif]

Just to update this one. I took the leftover pork broth and poured it into an ice cube tray to freeze. So last night I decided to make broth for ramen. Because the leftover pork broth was so acidic, I started with a base of regular chicken broth and added some of the cube of frozen pork broth. I added some veggies & aromatics, and ended up with a very good broth for the ramen–much more interesting than straight chicken broth would have been.

This!

Nice!! I have been adding smoked meat to my ramen’s lately. . had some brisket, then I did one with pulled pork.
But I use Udon noodle, little more wholesome… I buy the vacuum package pre cooked stuff with flavor packets ( I usually don’t use those ) sometime I will add just a bit.

Cheers

Suntan oil.
