I actually tried to upload it as an avatar, but I was hitting max dimension limits in the software. I futzed with making a downscale version for a few minutes and then gave up, as I was wasting time…
But apparently you don’t like my avatar of me scanning wine bottles in my cellar from 2010. That alone is a good enough reason for me to leave that avatar in place in perpetuity…

These records do not bear on whether Deputy Yessman had probable cause to issue the appearance ticket. Contra Fed. R. Civ. P. 56(d). Accordingly, those motions are DENIED AS MOOT…
