Which producers release well aged wines?

Yes, they do. Ridge does, too. And I believe that others do, either on their website or through direct contact with the winery.

We work with a Tuscan producer - Vittorio Innocenti - who is very deliberate. He just recently released his Vino Nobile 2015 and 2014 Riserva. His top of the line IGT Acerone is 2011, Vin Santo 1997 & Occhio Di Pernice 1998. Even his “modest” reds - Rosso Di Momtepulciano and Chianti Colli Di Senesi are just now 2016 at the same time many top producers introduce their Riservas.
