Wine cellar progress

very cool.

This is so cool

Finally you can do a real inventory.

hahah. Maybe.

Looks amazing! Where’s the space to stack boxes for overflow?

Having your wine in cellartracker is fun!

I used to. Way back. Was an early one. Then collection got crazy.

What do you use now?

PS, the cellar looks amazing. Nice work Alan!

Very nice Alan! You have a lot of work ahead of you filling that up, but should be a lot of fun. Well done!

Very elegant. May it provide years of enjoyment.

random chaos

My wine racks from WRA shipped today. But, my room isn’t this nice!

awesome cellar! The Raveneau yellow wax tops will contrast nicely with the dark stained racking

Those bins are genius!!! For those fat champagne bottles or others that don’t rack. Does it fit owc?

I’d LOVE to help you rack those bottles…glass of 99 La Tache in hand…

Although I do remember moving my bottles into my new cellar…and it was WAY more work and not as fun as I thought it would be! [training.gif]

the bins are double deep and each holds 12 bottles. Burgundy and most champagne. But I have racking for Taittinger and Krug and the like. It will be a lot of work and I doubt the 99 LT will be opened! OWC won’t fit.

I still remember the first bottle I opened from my new cellar…2004 Roar Rosella’s Pinot…shared it with my builder and his wife…who also built their house next door at the same time.

What bottle you planning for the christening?

not sure yet. Don’t even know what I have yet.

Really nice Alan. Not sure my derriere would fit when trying to reach the bottom shelf in the 23inch aisle. That said I’m willing to try pulling a La Tache from the bottom shelf if willing to share said bottle.
