I may be an outlier, but I think the argon flattens the wine a bit. Maybe my imagination, but that’s been my take on bottles that have sat for a few days. It doesn’t take weeks in my experience.
It’s so widespread that I haven’t noticed a common characteristic.
Anyone else set aback seeing a thread title ‘Wine Tasting Question’ posted by the venerable wine king Don Cornutt? I was shocked, thinking of what possibly Don would need to know about tasting wine!
