Really enjoyed the Pupil when I visited SD. Did not have time to hit Beachwood - next time! I’ve been to Unibroue’s brewpub and their whole lineup is incredible. La Fin du Monde and Peche Mortal are faves.

I am hoping to visit in August. Such a fantastic brewery. If I had to choose only 1 brewery to drink (thankfully I don’t have to choose), it would probably be Unibroue. La Fin, Maudite, Trois Pistoles, & Don de Diue.

Tried the Red Chair yesterday and really liked it, it reminded me of Copper Hook from Red Hook.
