In strong agreement on that, their Demi-Sec is exceptional. Perhaps deserving its own thread but what are top 3 demi-secs similar in ethos and taste to Margaine that you would recommend? Over the years I’ve tried a number of demi-secs from mostly traditional houses and they’ve been pretty meh.
Wish I had seen this thread before…they have a wonderful U.K. importer so have had the Rose/standard Brut as the House champagne for the last 2-3 yrs without knowing the great story behind the producer. The 2012 Club definitely kicks it up a notch (and are already drinking beautifully, I’m 1/2 way through my case). Will have to try to visit next time we get to the region.
