2019 Napa Cab Quality?

It sounds like 2019 could be a really concentrated/lower acid year–which may be great for early drinking? The 2018s continue to puzzle, I am holding off on all single vineyard cabs for 6 months+. Some have been pretty good for early drinking like Bevan Ontogeny, Quivet Napa, Becklyn (upon release, but seems to be backing up). I just need to give them more bottle time, or proper decanting, or slow oxes when feeling the temptation to “check in on 2018s”. I think I was spoiled with the relatively early drinking 2016s, and 2017s (at least to my palate).

I should also say, that I’ve been backfilling some of the 2018s that I still can, to try and make up for opening a few nicer cabs very early in their lifecycle. I am wondering if I should just save up any remaining wine budget and apply it to the soon to be released 2019s, especially if they are more lush than 2018.
