Can’t believe how many people here are tripping all over themselves trying to buy $90 central coast Syrah and Mourvedre. Why don’t you guys simply order some from Larry (Tercero) and save tons of money AND be able to drink them right away (his current releases for most Syrah and Mourvedre are vintage 2011)? What the heck is so special about Andremily?

Why do people buy $500 Napa cabs when you can get $20 bottles ?

$500 Napa Cab: Small production, hand-crafted, top Napa single vineyard wines
$20 Napa Cab: Large production corporate-produced wines using lowest tier Napa grapes

$93 Andremily: Small production, hand-crafted, top Central Coast vineyards
$35 Tercero ($28 wine club): Small production, hand-crafted, top Central Coast vineyards (some of the same vineyards it looks like)

Not a troll post. Just a post from a frustrated Central Coast wine fan who is unwilling to pay triple for essentially the same wines.

Ive had Larrys wines and they are very fine indeed but i dont think anyone would compare Larrys style to the SQN Jim Binn style

So if you think these are the same wines then even $20 Napa cabs might be wasted on your palate

While the styles may be very different, they’re “essentially the same” in the sense that the costs associated with producing them should be similar. No need to attack my palate.

If you haven’t already, go to the Andremily website and check your order history. I never got an e-mail, but my order was updated to reflect their granting my wish lists.

Andremily No. 1 shipped mid-March. I didn’t buy No. 2 so I can’t say when those shipped.

I just sent an email to see if I missed something re: shipping. They said that the weather is not playing nicely with their plans, so they were able to get some, but not all of the shipments out. Mine is being delivered to Chicagoland and they said that I should expect to hear something in the next few weeks.
