We have one, and it works quite well. A fun thing we’ve done in the past is host a “Make Your Own Ravioli” Party. Have multiple ravioli fillings, take the mold, let people chose their filling, top it, roll/cut it, then we boil for them and provide sauces (gravey) on the side. Seems like a lot of work (us and guest), but not really, and people seem impressed with the concept.

Will have to keep your filling in mind for the next one.
