Seavey Chardonnay hits the spot for me. Perfectly balanced with hints of citrus, light creaminess and minerality.
I am sipping right now 2017 Stag’s Leap Chardonnay. I drop in an ice cube, and softness the wood quite nicely.
Lots of Donkey & Goat whites recently.
The Gadabout (field blend) is a favorite.
