Last night I popped the cork on the 2018 Heritage No 12 Whistling Ridge and last week I opened the 2019 Heritage No 16 Lewman.
With Marcus’ suggestion, I popped the cork, tried a few ounces and let them sit in the bottle for 1-2 hours before enjoying over the course of the night (no decant). My wife couldn’t get over the transformation from 1st sip to last and last night she asked me to order more.
