Only when I run out of tofu and quinoa.
Im more of a steer guy
Had a Waygu Filet from Flannery bought during BD9 (that’s over a year ago)… tasted great… definitely not the same as me freezing a left over steak and making it a few weeks later…
On Saturday night, we had a Flannery 16oz Domestic Wagyu Strip that I purchased maybe two years ago. Had no issue with freezer burn, texture, etc. It is on the far right. Color is a bit off as steaks have been salted and the moisture was just removed with a paper towel.
What the heck is on the far left? a slab of butter with some beef injected?! looks awesome.
That pan doesn’t look so good.
that pan has been run thru the dishwasher. A bit of barkeepers friend and a scrub will remove that clouding

What is barkeepers friend? I may know someone who could use the tip.

Picked up some T-bones, they are my son’s favorite and they don’t seem to go on sale that often.
Got a few strips
Grabbed some T-bones, hard to beat $24.50 per 16 oz.
Also grabbed some CA Reserve skirt steaks, which are seriously incredible…
Picked up some dry-aged CA Reserve T-Bones. Super excited for these!
My vertical arrives Thu.
Ordered a bunch of T bones of varying sizes, also got some sirloin cap. Can’t wait for the delivery!
