Wagyu Steaks
I’ve curated some of the finest steaks available, and I’m thrilled to share them with you!
Japanese A5 Reserve Ribeye
Through exclusive connections with leading importers, I enjoy the privilege of personally selecting the cases I desire — an opportunity rarely available to most buyers. These importers maintain a substantial inventory, often exceeding $1 million worth of Wagyu in their warehouse. My focus is on acquiring the most highly marbled pieces at an optimal price point, ensuring that my A5 Wagyu stands out as the richest and most decadent, comparable to relishing the finest toro at Omakase restaurants.
• Type: Japanese Fullblood, Certified A5
• Size: about 16oz (feeds 3-4)
Australian, Master Selection Ribeye
This is our top-shelf, award winning ribeye and my personal favorite for the overall balanced in texture & flavor. Raised on some of the nation’s richest pastures and grain-fed for 400+ days in the world-class Grassdale Feedlot, Master Selection is a marbling masterpiece. The unique blend of rare genetics and Japanese-style feeding methods creates a succulent and buttery delight used in the finest restaurants worldwide.
• Type: F4 Purebred Hybrid (93.75%+ wagyu genetics)
• Size: about 16oz (feeds 2)
American, Sakura Ribeye
Sakura is becoming a rare standout in the wagyu industry, crafting some of the finest marbled beef in America. Reserve stands as their highest grade, produced in limited quantities that are not commonly found.
This ribeye presents a harmonious blend, merging the renowned marbling and richness of Japanese wagyu with the robust meatiness of domestic cattle — an ideal choice for those seeking a middle ground between texture and flavor.
• Type: F1 Hybrid (50%+ wagyu genetics)
• Size: about 16oz (feeds 2)
