Full nose of ripe blueberries and raspberries. The palate is full bodied with waves of rich, sweet red and blue fruit. A big floral, fruity mid-palate is followed by a long, spice, smoke, and cracked black pepper finish. Despite its richness, at cellar temp, the wine shows fresh and lively with alcohol well concealed. (93 pts.)
